2. Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Processing
We process collected data (name, work email, represented organization, grant analysis history) for providing our SaaS grant matching, alert notification, and AI draft proposal services, contract management, and customer support.
3. Collection and Processing of Google User Data (Google OAuth)
When you choose to sign in with Google (Google Sign-In), we collect only basic profile information provided by Google APIs after your explicit consent: your full name, primary email address, unique Google user ID, and profile picture URL. This data is used exclusively to authenticate your identity, create and manage your FundingQuarry account, and deliver essential transactional notifications.
4. Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)
FundingQuarry's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell or share Google user data or personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Furthermore, we do not use Google user data to train or fine-tune public or general AI/machine learning models.
5. Confidentiality and AI Usage
All technical proposals, project data, and internal organization information entered into FundingQuarry remain strictly confidential. No customer data is ever used to train public AI models.
6. Data Retention, Deletion, and Revoking Google Permissions
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the service or comply with legal obligations. You can request account and data deletion at any time by emailing privacy@fundingquarry.com. You can also revoke Google OAuth permissions granted to FundingQuarry at any time via your Google Account Security Settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).
7. Exercising Data Rights (GDPR)
You may exercise your rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your data by contacting privacy@fundingquarry.com.
